Warranty

There is a one year warranty that comes with the purchase of your watch. This warranty only covers manufacturers defects and does not cover wear and tear experienced after the watch has been worn. Our watches are built to last and with proper care can last a life time. If you experience a loss in time that is a manufacturers defect that we can correct in house. We contract out to the best jewelery repair people who do nothing but work on Swiss watches. Even if you have an issue with your watch that isn’t covered under warranty we can handle any of your repairs.

If you return a watch and its clear it has water damage than we will not value the warranty. Stem and crown damage that is caused intentionally is not covered under warranty. If the back casing has been taken off the watch the warranty is void. We do sell replacement sets in case a client damages their watch. If you notice the watch is defective please contact us and return it immediately before you take it out of the protective plastic it comes shipped in.
