Warranty
and Returns
Warranty
- There is
a 1 year warranty for all Swiss replicas.
- Manufacturers'
defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional
damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips,
etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so water
does not get in.
- Watches
cannot be tampered with in any way. All watch cases are installed
with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watch case and the
seal is broken, the warranty is void. Please do not have any other
jewelers work on the watch or open it up because this will void
the warranty. This is a standard exclusion even on genuine brand
name watch warranties.
- If your
product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of
the exact same model! If that model is out of stock, then you
can choose another product of the same or similar value (up to
$50 more than the cost of your original replica). In virtually
all cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be repaired.
- If manufacturers'
defects appear on your watch within 1 week of ordering, we will
replace it with a brand new one. Usually if they don't show up
within a week, they won't show up at all. These are high quality
Swiss-made timepieces crafted according to Swiss standards.
- Intentional
crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem
damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the
stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage
is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace
your product.
Returns
- The product should
be post-marked within 7 business days from the day you received
it. The product must be returned unused and in the original condition
you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of
wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged
for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, your
refund/exchange policy is void. All FREE bonus gifts must also
be returned in original condition.
